The Reverend William Thompson
RECTOR
Bishop Bill Thompson has been the Rector of All Saints' since 1975 and was consecrated as Bishop of the Diocese of Western Anglican in 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and his Master of Divinity from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary. He is strongly committed the Gospel of Jesus Christ as it has been received by the Church through the Holy Scriptures. He wants all, both within and outside the parish, to know the joy of the redeemed life in Jesus Christ. For recreation Fr. Thompson is a Bluegrass mandolin player and a marathon runner.. He is married to Claudia, has two sons and a daughter, and three grandchildren.
The Reverend Don White
EXECUTIVE RECTOR
Father Don White earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University, and his Master of Divinity from Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, PA. Trained in ministry among the addicted and homeless of urban Pittsburgh, he came to be in charge of Christian Spiritual Formation for All Saints’ in 2003. He is now Executive Rector in charge of the general operation of the parish. He and his wife Susan have three grown sons and two grandchildren.
The Reverend Doctor Greg Peters
ASSOCIATE PRIEST
Father Greg Peters earned his undergraduate degree in pastoral studies at Philadelphia College of Bible in 1994 where he met his wife, Christina. He completed two M.A. degrees: in Biblical Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, and in Church History with a minor in monastic studies at St. John’s School of Theology, a (Benedictine) Roman Catholic school in Minnesota. Fr. Greg pursued doctoral work in medieval theology at the University of St. Michael's College in Toronto. He is presently Associate Professor of Medieval and Spiritual Theology at Biola University in La Mirada, as well as Associate Professor and Director of Faculty Development for the Torrey Honors Institute. He is also Adjunct Assistant Professor of Church History at Nashota House Theological Seminary. Over the years, Fr. Greg has served on the pastoral staff at three churches. In his spare time, Fr. Greg likes to play with his children, read and travel in Europe.

Donna Foster
YOUTH PASTOR
Donna Foster heads up our Children’s and Youth Ministries. She is a mother, teacher and an active parishioner who loves kids and is committed to help our children and youth develop personal relationships with Jesus Christ. She earned a Bachelor of Science and completed graduate work in Community and School Health Education Administration at California State University of Long Beach, and participates in continuing education opportunities in youth work and children’s religious education.
Susan White
LAY MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT PASTOR
Susan White is in charge of Lay Ministry Development and Women’s Ministry. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado in elementary education and music. She holds certificates in Pastoral Prayer Ministry from the Lazarus Center in Ambridge PA and Ministry Mobilizing from the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation. She enjoys writing and playing music, being with people of all ages and teaching on spiritual formation and relationship building topics. Susan shares the same children and grandchildren with Fr. Don.
Ruth Norman
PARISH SECRETARY
Ruth Norman has a bachelor's degree from Westmont College and a master's in Inter-Cultural Communications from Wheaton College. Prior to joining All Saints’ staff, she worked with Wycliffe Bible Translators. She is married to Wayne.
Charles Maggs
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Charles Maggs directs the musicians and plays the organ for services that include music as part of worship. He believes that music can be used as a conduit to convey our worship to our Heavenly Father in a manner that words alone cannot always express. He earned his Bachelor of Music degree from California State University, Long Beach, and has served as choir director, organist, worship leader and handbell choir director in Southern California churches for over 25 years. He has composed and arranged music for a variety of settings, and has a number of handbell arrangements currently in print. He and his wife Jill have two sons.
